These Terms of Service govern your use of AuthorQR and any related services provided by On3World Source LLC. By accessing or using AuthorQR, you agree to be bound by these terms.
AuthorQR is a reader growth platform for indie authors, operated by On3World Source LLC. The platform includes tools for generating QR codes, back-matter copy, book descriptions, ad copy, and reader funnels. AuthorQR is one product in the Author Ecosystem, which also includes AuthorSignal and AuthorLumina.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AuthorQR. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@authorqr.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account, transfer it to another person, or use another person's account without permission.
You agree to use AuthorQR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of the content you create using AuthorQR, including back-matter copy, descriptions, and ad copy generated through the AI tools. By using the platform, you grant On3World Source LLC a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of delivering the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
AuthorQR uses artificial intelligence to generate content including back-matter copy, book descriptions, and ad copy. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before publication. On3World Source LLC makes no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or commercial effectiveness of AI-generated content.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any price changes before they take effect.
The free plan includes limited access to AuthorQR tools as described on the pricing page. Usage limits may change at any time. Continued use of the free plan after a limit change constitutes acceptance of the new limits.
AuthorQR, its design, features, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of On3World Source LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
AuthorQR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. On3World Source LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On3World Source LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AuthorQR. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@authorqr.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where On3World Source LLC is registered.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of AuthorQR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
