This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions to AuthorQR, operated by On3World Source LLC.
AuthorQR subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
If you subscribed to a paid plan and have not made significant use of the platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email hello@authorqr.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the original payment date will not be approved except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for:
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Stripe's processing times may affect when you see the credit.
Email hello@authorqr.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the date of your original payment. We will respond within 2 business days.
